Day 27
For many of us, peace can sometimes feel out of reach. That is why today we’re looking at how God is called “the God of all peace.” We are taking a closer look at Philippians 4:6–7 to see how this passage invites us into the kind of peace that goes beyond all understanding.
Today’s Passage: Philippians 4:6-7
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Reflect: Practice going through the three steps found in Philippians 4:6-7, and allow the God of peace to guard your heart and your mind in the situations you are feeling anxious about.
Pray: Ask God to help you experience the true peace that surpasses all understanding.
