Day 17

We know in our heads that God is eternal. But what does that really mean? And what does that mean for us? Not only does God’s eternal nature give us comfort in the moment, but it also gives us hope for the future. Let’s dive into what it means that our God is eternal.

Today’s Passage: Psalm 90:2
“Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.”

Reflect: What comes to your mind when you think about God being eternal? What does God’s eternal nature mean to you personally? How does the truth that God is eternal help you trust him more fully with your story?

Pray: Spend some moments with God not asking him for anything. Simply sit in awe of who he is.
