Day 50

Listen to Today’s Reading:

Do you need help? I think we have all felt overwhelmed or in distress. There are times in our lives when we need help. Here’s what I want you to know: When you need help, you can call out to God, and he promises to hear you. He cares about what is happening in your life, and he wants to walk with you through it. 

Today’s Passage: Psalm 18:6

"In my distress I called to the Lord; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears."

Reflect: If you or someone you know is going through a difficult or distressing time, God wants you to cry out to him. He wants to be with you in the middle of it, and he promises to hear you.

Pray: Talk to God today and ask him to help.
