We offer financial assistance to families who need help due to a financial hardship. After the team reviews your application, they will determine if your student qualifies for a reduced rate and the amount. Our funding is limited, so a reduced rate is not guaranteed.

WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
Lunch and dinner in Daytona Beach and lunch on travel days, transportation, beachfront lodging, production costs, an event T-shirt, and bottled water for the entire week.
WHERE WILL MY STUDENT BE STAYING?
Students will be staying in hotel rooms with their small group at one of the following:

Due to the large ratio of students to leaders, we cannot guarantee that every room will have a leader in it. We will ensure that each group has eight students to one leader and will room them side by side. We will also have security and staff on each floor of the hotel to provide safety to our students.
HOW WILL MY STUDENT GET TO DAYTONA BEACH?

IS IT SAFE?
We take our students’ safety very seriously. Your student will be with their leaders and friends, dozens of staff members will be on hand, and a security team will be on-site the entire time. We also contract local police to ensure your student’s safety.
WILL THERE BE A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AT CAMP?
Yes. We’ll have registered nurses at camp at all times.
WHAT IF MY STUDENT HAS A FOOD ALLERGY?
Please indicate any allergies in your student’s registration. We’ll do our best to accommodate your student’s food allergies for lunch and dinner. There will be snacks and additional food available for purchase at the hotel. Each room has a mini refrigerator to store food if needed.
WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?
Tops must have straps and be full-length. Shorts and dresses should be an appropriate length. Students must be fully clothed at meals and sessions (tops, bottoms, and shoes).
Bathing suits must be full-coverage, one-piece for girls and full-length, loose-fitting swim trunks for guys.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY STUDENT’S REGISTRATION?
Cancellations must be sent in writing via email to your church's logistics coordinator and confirmed with a response email. Cancellations made before registration closes will receive a 100 percent refund. Cancellations made after registration closes will receive no refund of any kind.
