We offer financial assistance to families who need help due to a financial hardship. After the team reviews your application, they will determine if your student qualifies for a reduced rate and the amount. Our funding is limited, so a reduced rate is not guaranteed.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
Cancellations must be sent in writing via email to your church's logistics coordinator and confirmed with a response email. For cancellations made before registration closes, a full refund will be given. Any cancellations sent after registration closes will not be eligible for a refund of any amount.
WHERE WILL STUDENTS BE STAYING?
Students will stay in camp lodging at Woodlands Camp in Cleveland, GA, with members of their small group.
HOW WILL STUDENTS GET TO THE VERTICAL REALITY LOCATION?

WHAT IF MY STUDENT HAS A FOOD ALLERGY?
Please indicate this in your student’s registration. We will do our best to accommodate your student’s food allergy.
WILL THERE BE A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AT VERTICAL REALITY?
Yes. We will have nurses present throughout the camp.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE COST PER STUDENT FOR YOUR EVENTS?
Many factors are part of this decision, and parents are often surprised to learn that our events do not pay for themselves. A portion of our annual InsideOut budget supplements the event cost, which includes facility rental, transportation, camp production, medical professionals, security, and much more. Also, since we ask so much of our small group leaders, we use the cost of registration to cover their expenses for attending; so when you pay for your student to attend one of our events, a portion of that money is used to cover the cost of their small group leader to attend.
