Volleyball Tournament Team Registration

Please have one person (team captain) from each team fill out this form. You can have a total of 10 people on your team. Keep in mind that only six players will play at a time with at least one male and one female and no more than one adult on the court at all times. The deadline to register your team is SUNDAY, JULY 16 at midnight. You will NOT be able to sign-up beyond this date or while in Daytona. Each team captain will be added to a group message with more information about the rules, bracket, etc. before we leave.
