SUNDAYS

Welcome to InsideOut!

At InsideOut, we’ve created a large group environment that attracts students just like you. After all, we figure you want to be wherever your friends are. We make this time as fun and relevant as we possibly can.

But we go a couple steps further and do two things we believe are vitally important for you: we pay attention to what’s going on in your life, and we care about you. This happens in our small group environment. Every week after large group, you will get together with your small group to spend time in a more intimate setting, talking, processing, and praying about what’s going on in your lives.

It’s simple: big group to small group. The goal is for you to leave feeling energized to go out there and tackle another week!

When you arrive, be sure to come to the First Time table, where you will fill out an online student profile. We use the profiles to place you in a small group of students that are your same gender and grade. We will also try and match you with students that attend your school. The Host Team will let you know what to expect for the afternoon, and they will be able to answer all of your questions. See you this Sunday.

Frequently Asked Questions

InsideOut is our high school student environment that meets on Sunday afternoons. The program consists of worship, biblical teaching, small groups, and lots of fun. We also have three annual events: myLIFE (February), THE WALK (late June), and Vertical Reality (September).
We have found that this is the least scheduled time for high school students during the week.
We create groups based on gender, grade, and school. Our desire is that students have friends in their small groups who attend the same school because the level of accountability and the depth of relationships increase when students see friends from their small groups on a daily basis. Each group is formed differently, and we will work with you to create the best experience possible.
Each week, first-time students are invited to attend Connect immediately following the speaker presentation in large group. Connect is a place where students can ask questions, learn more about InsideOut, and take steps to get placed in a small group the next time they attend. Rising ninth graders: During the first InsideOut of the summer, we will meet with all rising ninth graders and talk about what to expect at InsideOut. We will also collect an information form from students who haven't yet completed one. The following week, we will create groups based on the rising ninth grade students who have shown an interest in attending InsideOut. We will introduce the students to their new small group leaders, and they will meet as a group for the first time.
Student Impact is an opportunity for students to serve in Waumba Land, UpStreet, and Transit on Sunday mornings. Whether it’s setting up, leading a small group, or helping run production, there are many ways to get involved. Students who want to serve should tell their small group leaders.
Because they are incredible! From the beach to the mountains, these events are filled with meaningful sessions and tons of fun. They provide students with opportunities to connect relationally with their small groups and leaders. Students tend to walk away from events excited about their faith.
